This is intriguing. I've saved it for later but 8 just wanted to thank you in advance for writing it. Subject matter alone is worthy of praise in my opinion.

We tend to give too much energy towards things/people around us rather than ourselves.

Oh, I’m so guilty of this… but I’m seeing the errors of my ways + doing the ooey-gooey work to change that default mode.

I didn't know whether to laugh my ass off or bawl my eyes out when I read the post lol!

Thank you so much for sharing this!❤️🥹😜

And I'm so fucking happy you've redirected all your energy into getting less triggered and healing yourself!

Something I'm gonna be brutally honest with: I usually get triggered the most by my parents (of course!). And usually my immediate reaction is to shut down and not communicate it at all. But last week, I decided to step up and communicate...be honest as fuck to their face...and it's been so liberating man!

Gosh I wondered why I didn't do it years ago! I can see the instant change in our relationship... they appreciate it even! I'm quite proud of myself haha

Sweetie... do both... a laugh right into a cry and back again!

That has to feel fucking good!! It's crazy how much we can change with a simple shift in perspective.

I'm over here on my living room sofa having an Tom Cruise on Oprah moment for this huge milestone in your healing!! 🫶
