I totally agree, we can do our little bit and no ONE person needs to have the burden of feeling like they need to change the world.. we can send out the ripples (that was the bit the boyfriend laughed at me for 🙄). But I really do believe these little things we do/say make a difference - It has to start somewhere right?!
